AhlulBayt News Agency - An informed Iraqi military source in Anbar Province said on Saturday, that the commander of the Commando Regiments of the army’s First Division had been killed in a rocket attack by ISIS south of Fallujah.
According to information “ISIS shelled an army force in the area of al-Shuhada, south of Fallujah, by a long-range missile, killing the commander of the Commando Regiments of the army’s First Division Lt. Col. Hashim Ismail and wounding four soldiers.”
The information added, “A force from the army transferred the body of the [army] commander to the forensic medicine authority and the injured to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.”
